Body Language

1. Natural hip swing when you walk. Practice at home in front of a mirror.
2. Sitting position. Straight, soft, natural and neutral. Avoid hunching yourself.
3. Smile and "smize".
4. Touch your hair gently. Don't do it too often.
5. Physical touch. Quickly, gently, light, subtle and sensual. When you are talking.
6. Touch your own wrists when you are talking. Two seconds. Be natural.
7. Sensual thoughts. Men pick up on your energy.
8. Place your hand on your chest, gently and elegantly, when you are talking.
9. The tone of your voice. Be soft-spoken. Positive and gentle but not submissive. Find a balance. Record yourself and practice.
10. Do everything with balance.


- The art of eye contact.
- To be engaged is to be tuned in into every little movement and sound a person makes and how that plays into the words they're saying.
- To respect a person is to acknowledge that person and be engaged.
- Lean in. Speak clearly.
- While you're speaking, lose yourself in the person's face.
