- Soften your appearance. Pay attention to all aspects. Pamper yourself. Always look your best. Wear soft and bright colours that complement your skintone.

- Soften your movements. Have pliability with your body. Dance. Listen to soft music. Stretch. Slow down your movements. Smile.

- Soften your mind. Be aware of all the things that impact you. Feed your mind with things that elevate you. Pull away from anyone and anything that brings you down. God places people in your life to teach you something but they are rarely meant to be there for your entire life. It's also about the books you read, the people you watch on Youtube etc. Surround yourself with women who have traits that you want to have. Your surroundings rub off on you. Step away from everyhing that hardens you.

- Soften your spirit. Be kind, forgive and love. Break free from addiction.

- Soften your tone of voice. Have a calm, melodic, soothing and sweet tone. Breath and relax. Think before you speak. Speak slower and lower your voice. Pay attention to what voice your use when you speak to different people and why.


- Rebrand yourself. Don't let others hold you down.

- Practice good manners. Say "please", "thank you", "excuse me" and "you're welcome". Make eye contact. Mind your tone. Be sincere, kind and humble. Treat everyone with the same respect. Show reverence for each and every one of God's creatures.

- Soften your environment. Add flowers, scents and music.

- Spend time with yourself. Slow down.

- Spirituality & healing. Humble yourself. Practice love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control. Repent.


- Get up at 4 AM or 5 AM.
 - Say affirmations. Use empowering language.
- Write down what you're grateful for and why. Journal.
- Be present. Slow down.
- Keep your environment clean.
- Pamper yourself.
- Have a playlist of music, videos, interviews, speeches etc. that's empowering for you.
- Look soft. Soft colors & feminine clothes. Perfume, nailpolish. Do your hair. Smile.
- Be vulnerable and honest. Take responsibility and apologize.
- Think for yourself.
- Be open-minded and non-judgemental.
- Look for the good in everything & everyone.
- Rejoice in the success of others.
- Remain unbothered. Don't absorb other people's negative energy.
- Focus on your personal goals.
