- Practice good manners. Say "please", "thank you", "excuse me" and "you're welcome". Make eye contact. Mind your tone. Be sincere, kind and humble. Treat everyone with the same respect. Show reverence for each and every one of God's creatures.

- Soften your environment. Add flowers, scents and music.

- Spend time with yourself. Slow down.

- Spirituality & healing. Humble yourself. Practice love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control. Repent.


- Get up at 4 AM or 5 AM.
 - Say affirmations. Use empowering language.
- Write down what you're grateful for and why. Journal.
- Be present. Slow down.
- Keep your environment clean.
- Pamper yourself.
- Have a playlist of music, videos, interviews, speeches etc. that's empowering for you.
